ABOUT
A.L.M. Sports is a rising entity with its roots firmly embedded in the local community. It draws from the knowledge of the streets and
the experience of struggling to make a difference. A.L.M. Sports is the brain child of Alvin Murray, the Managing Director, a young
man who has experience of playing and working within the UK and USA. He brings with him a group of workers who share his vision
and tenacity to succeed where others have failed or are failing to make that break through.
AIM
To provide sporting opportunities for young people aged 3-18 years to participate in programs that develop and ensures the
acquisition of appropriate knowledge, skill and attitude as the young person, no matter the ability, matures into adolescence/young
adults.
ALM Sports are currently working in 11 Schools.
Bob Graham Education Center (Miami Lakes, 1500 students/ PK-8th grade)
Hialeah Gardens Middle School (Hialeah Gardens, 1,800 students / 6th -8th grade)
Horeb Christian School (City of Hialeah, 500+ students / PK-12th grade)
Immaculate Conception Catholic School (Hialeah, 600+ /PK-12th grade)
Jose Marti MAST Academy (Hialeah, 748 Students / 6th-8th grade)
Mater Lakes Middle School(Miami Lakes, 524 Students / 6th-8th grade)
Saint Andrews Catholic School (Coral Springs, 250 students /PK-12th grade)
Somerset Academy (Pembroke Pines West, 862 Students / K-5th grade)
Springview Elementary School (Miami Springs, 534 Students / PK-5th grade)
Treasure Island Elementary School (North Bay Village, 701 students / PK-5th grade)
We are constantly working hard to increase the participation within the school and also to get new schools to join us.
We have 3 main seasons all consisting of 8/9 weeks.
Season #1: Early September – Late November
Season #2: Early January – Mid March
Season #3: Early April – Late May
We conduct multiple sports training during the week and schedule games against each other at a single location on a Saturday Morning.
Our Sports/ Activities consist of: Soccer, Basketball, Flag Football, Dance, Cheerleading, Tennis, Volleyball, Baseball, T-Ball and more.
A.L.M Sports are:
- Fully Insured to the highest premium by West Point Insurance
- Miami Dade & Broward Vendor Certified
- Have coached over 5000 kids in South Florida since February 2007
- Connected and Networking with many Competitive and Recreational Teams in the area
- Fully functioning website for all parental needs
All our coaches are:
- Qualified and Experienced in coaching the youth
- Special Need’s Coaching Qualified
- Coaches, Teachers and Mentors
- All from different Genders, Nationalities, Cultures and Religious Affiliations
- Follow the National Alliance for Youth Sports program for Child Safety
- Finger Printed meeting the requirements for the Jessica Lunsford Act, 1012.465.
